The client had a building with a first floor which was previously rented out as 3-bedroom flat. The client provided drawings including a staircase to be installed so the upper floor could be accessed from the ground floor shop to expand the shop over two floors. The business is a beauticians so all building work which involved any impacting or drilling was coordinated with the shop and the clients. All works which created noise was completed either early morning before the shop opened or late afternoon once the shop closed. As usual we worked very closely with the client to ensure the project went smoothly and didn’t affect the clients or their opening hours.
