An architect recommended the client to us. The brief was to remove all the internal walls in order to totally reconfigure this bungalow. As part of the works we converted the garage into a bedroom, fitted 2 new bathrooms & fitted a Wren kitchen.


The client’s property in Birkenhead, Wirral (CH63), consisted of a bungalow with small rooms and an integral garage. The clients architect had obtained planning permission to totally reconfigure the property to a more open plan design. The integral garage was also converted into a bedroom and an insulated floating floor was installed. An en-suite was added to the main bedroom which requires a new drainage run adding to the property, including new inspection chamber. A full electrical rewire was installed and the existing gas central heating boiler was relocated. We installed new internal doors, architraves and skirting boards throughout. The property was painted to the clients specified colours.
