Our client came to us for advice on this property in Litherland, Liverpool (L21), as they had a very limited budget. The property was recently purchased through James Kristian estate and letting agents (link). We were able to keep a lot of the fittings whilst still giving the property a full refurbished look.
We were able to keep the kitchen carcasses but added an integrated oven & hob and additional worktop. We also retiled the kitchen. We were able to keep the bathroom suite but modernised with new tiles and a shower screen. The property was fully painted throughout then some new floor coverings were fitted as required.
