Works required at this property included some external decking and artificial grass being installed. The front drive required repointing as the existing flags had vegetation growing through the joints. The property was stripped back of all the internal wall coverings and we noticed some lateral movement which we repaired at no extra cost to the client. When we took the tiles off the bathroom walls we uncovered the original tiles from when the property was built underneath. We removed the tiles and the old lathe and plaster and re-boarded all the walls in a moisture-resistant plasterboard. The property had a slight kitchen redesign to make better use of the space and we installed a new bathroom suite. The client informed us that once the work was completed the property achieved £150 more in rental income.
