The building was being converted to and Air bnb style property. The property needed stripping back to brick on many areas due to many years of water ingress. The roof needed replacing which required scaffolding to all elevations. We removed some non-compliant staircases and designed and installed 2 new staircases to the newly designed layout. The electric needed replacing and a fire alarm and emergency lighting system installed. We overhauled the majority of the windows and had to replace a few that were beyond repair. We installed 5 new shower rooms which required some clever hiding of soil pipes in the stud work. We also installed 4 new kitchens including integrated appliances.
